Institute of Architects Bangladesh hosted a physical event on the 23rd March, at Berger Seminar Hall, IAB Centre, Agargoan, to celebrate the Italian Design Day 2022 in collaboration with the Italian Embassy, Dhaka.
First part of the program started with an opening Remark By Enrico Nunziata, His Excellency the Ambassador of Italy in Dhaka.
Ishtique Zahir Titas, Vice President (International Relations), IAB also delivered his speech.
An online presentation was made by Architect Prof. Matteo Ingaramo, Politecnico of Milan & CEO of POLI.design, followed by a discussion session with Architect Dr.Nurur Rahman Khan, Partner, TKNRK & Associates and Architect Mahmudul Anwar Rhiyaad, Associate Professor, BUET.
This part of the event was ended with a closing remark by Architect Mubasshar Hussain, President of Institute of Architects, Bangladesh.
In the Second part of the event, a three days long digital exhibition was inaugurated by the President of IAB Architect Mubasshar Hussain and Mr.Enrico Nunziata, His Excellency the Ambassador of Italy.
The exhibition was curated by Architect Dr.Nurur Rahman Khan.
The event was moderated by Architect Taufiqur Rahman Khan, Secretary Seminar & Convention, IAB.
